Holding various positions during his 40+year career in the insurance industry, Dave is experienced in both the home office environment and independent distribution. Dave has a unique understanding of home office decision-making as well as agent and consumer preferences.
Having spent over two decades in executive positions with major insurers, including Great American Financial Resources, Manhattan National Life Insurance Company and Life Partners Group, Dave is knowledgeable in the corporate environment and the needs for profitability and risk management.
Holding the position of Group President for Great American Financial Resources, which included Great American Life Insurance Company, Annuity Investors Life Insurance Company, Loyal American Life Insurance Company and Great American Life of New York, Dave directed marketing and operations for the life insurance and annuity product lines.
For over 10 years, Dave held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Marketing Officer of Amerilife Group LLC., one of the largest insurance marketing companies in the country. As Chief Marketing Officer, Dave participated in designing unique products in the life, health and annuity marketplace as well as analyzing potential acquisition opportunities. As Chief Operating Officer, Dave helped facilitate the transition from a distributed operating and administrative structure to a consolidated platform reducing expenses.
As founder of Ensurem, Dave recognizes the need to transform how business is transacted at both the consumer and insurance company levels. The Ensurem solution provides tools for insurance companies to automate and digitize the distribution of insurance products.
Josh Candamo is the Chief Information Officer for Ensurem, overseeing the development of the next generation of insurance technology and product innovation. He believes that your most valuable intellectual property has nothing to do with patents or technology, but everything to do with your people. He is passionate about team building and creating the right corporate culture to develop amazing software products.
Josh joined Ensurem in 2019 after an 18+ year career in software development that included technology leadership, entrepreneurship, consulting, architecture, and both back-end and front-end development. His previous roles include Director of Development at Accusoft, a company that creates document and imaging tools for developers. At Accusoft, Josh worked to maintain and improve the company’s SDK products by implementing best practices in software engineering, focusing on improving user experience, and leveraging new machine learning technologies.
Josh was also the President at K9 Bytes Software, a leading provider of technology for the pet care industry. At K9 Bytes, Josh helped the industry modernize intake practices with many technology innovations, such as the first-in-the-industry self-serving kiosk for boarding kennel facilities, and the first mobile device application for routine medication and diet servicing. The K9 Koordinator, K9 Bytes’ flagship product, known for its intuitive and easy to use interface, was the top choice for pet care management software in many countries around the world.
Josh holds a PhD degree in Computer Science from the University of South Florida, specializing in pattern recognition and image processing. In addition to his PhD dissertation, he published 6 first-authored, peer-reviewed publications from his R&D work in several prestigious International journals and conferences in the area of pattern recognition and Unmanned Aereal Vehicle navigation.
Alex has 16+ years of experience in operations and business development in the call/contact center outsourcing industry with a focus on healthcare and public sector verticals. During this time, he has consistently achieved record-high revenue generating goals, customer satisfaction rankings and bottom-line improvements.
Joining the Ensurem team in 2019, Alex uses his progressive experience to support strategic business operations, contact center management, sales and customer service as Contact Center Director. In this role, he is responsible for interacting effectively with executive management as well as building productive and profitable relationships with valued clients, suppliers/vendors, staff and all stakeholders.
Prior to Ensurem, Alex was a Vice President at Zelis Payments where he was responsible for all activities within the Provider Membership Operations department, including all inside sales operations.
Lukrich, a sales executive and serial entrepreneur, began his career in 1995 as a district manager for Network Appliance (NASDAQ: NTAP), where he successfully launched and developed sales initiatives for the San Francisco Bay Area.
In 2002, Lukrich moved on to serve as sales director at Decru Inc., where he was responsible for building the sales team and implementing the national sales plan. Decru was later acquired by Network Appliance for $262M.
In 2005, Lukrich entered his first venture as the founder of Syndero, one of the first companies to pave the way in online, direct-to-consumer product marketing. Within three years, the San Francisco Business Times named Syndero as the “Fastest Growing Company in the San Francisco Bay Area.”
Through his experience at Syndero, Lukrich saw huge potential in developing an end-to-end customer ecosystem online, which led to his departure from Syndero and full time investment in Angelrush Ventures.
Over the next five years, Lukrich would develop a premiere platform for direct-to-consumer healthcare internet marketing.
Vince is an accomplished entrepreneur who has started and ran several direct marketing businesses over the last 20 years in various industries. He specializes in lead acquisition, data management and data mining. Vince’s many years in this field has enabled him to analyze the highest qualified level of prospects for any marketing campaign we undertake, resulting in more happy customers for the company. He is determined to make a difference in people’s lives by “Awaring America” of the value of Ensurem’s products and he strongly believes that “Nobody plans to fail; they just fail to plan.” Our Job here at Ensurem is to help everyday people plan for their future and that of their loved ones.
John has extensive international insurance experience ranging from startups to multi-billion dollar corporations. He is a passionate believer in the use of technology and the need to fundamentally change how insurance is sold so that more Americans can enjoy the benefits of these products.
John has a history of working in insurance startups both on the distribution and manufacturing side. His previous roles include co-founder of Covr Financial Technologies, an insurance platform for US financial institutions. At Covr, John worked with insurance carriers and financial institutions to generate sales both on a direct to consumer and advisor basis.
John was also CFO and co-founder at P2 Group, an insurance platform for financial institutions deployed on a global basis.
Prior to that, John was at Old Mutual plc’s US insurance business working several different roles, including Head of Strategy, CFO, and President, where he oversaw $26 billion of assets and $4 billion of annual insurance sales starting from a zero base. Before Old Mutual, John was with Jackson National Life, in their IT & Operations area, and Prudential plc in their Global Strategy Unit in London. John began his career with the Financial Institutions Group of Touché Ross, also in London.
John graduated from the University of Bristol and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Leonard’s background is in art and design. As a consultant and creative director for a sales and marketing firm, he’s assisted in the launch of several new products in over 43 different industries.
Leonard holds proficiencies in the Adobe Creative Suite, a skill set that allows him to create something where there was once nothing. From logo design to business collateral design and web design, Leonard is able to create any brand assets needed for a business’s ultimate success.
In addition, Leonard is also proficient with presentation software (PowerPoint/Keynote). He has designed and assembled hundreds of sales presentations, mostly aimed at consumers, that have generated millions of dollars in profit.
For the past five years, Leonard has worked as a presentation specialist with Speaking Empire, a professional training and coaching company that teaches speakers, business owners and marketers to how to achieve their goals. He’s put together presentations for authors, doctors, professional speakers and many more.
Some key people of influence that he’s worked with are Robert G. Allen – NY Times best-selling author, David Seymour of A&E’s show Flipping Boston, Kevin Harrington – infomercial pioneer & original shark from ABC’s Shark Tank, as well as Paul Feldman – publisher of InsuranceNewsNet Magazine.
My name is Danielle and I believe in the value Ensurem brings to the American people. Prior to Ensurem, I marketed for a multi-million dollar third-party freight logistics provider. Through my efforts of becoming a well-rounded young professional while I was there, I acquired a blend of public relations, marketing communications, online reputation management, analytics and social media management expertise. My title at Ensurem may be Sr. Content Manager, but above all, I’m a communicator. I’m passionate about communicating Ensurem’s value to the public and turning those conversations into long-lasting relationships.
Zach Sprague studied at the University of Tampa where he graduated with a BA in Electronic Media and Technology with a concentration in graphic and web design. At Ensurem, he has the flexibility to work on multiple projects with various departments and assists in developing and optimizing digital assets to help Ensurem’s marketing efforts. As a member of the Creative Team, he combines industry standards and creativity to build and foster Ensurem’s, and it’s partners’ brands, on and offline. Sprague has helped multiple organizations and freelance clients brand or rebrand their identity. He enjoys working closely with others at Ensurem and the amazing things they all accomplish.
Outside of work you can catch him cycling around Tampa Bay or playing ball with his pup, an outdoors enthusiast at heart.

Mike joined Ensurem in 2018 bringing with him 13 years of IT management experience in manufacturing production environments. Serving as the Head of Technology, Mike oversees the software development group. Prior to joining Ensurem, Mike was the IT Director for an aerospace manufacturing facility where his key responsibilities included implementing technology solutions for a seamless production environment and ensuring quality technical solutions to help the manufacturer grow its revenue to 15 million in annual sales.
Mike previously worked in IT for manufacturing fabrication supplier where he brought online a new manufacturing facility including all IT infrastructure. Completing technical projects, rolling out new technologies, and helping businesses grow by adapting and embracing to new technologies is particularly exciting for Mike.
Mike holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from Radford University. He received his Project Management Professional Certification in 2017 and holds technical certifications from Microsoft and Cisco.
Outside of work Mike enjoys spending time with his family and friends on the water in Clearwater, Fl.
Initiating her insurance career at one of the largest privately held senior insurance marketing companies in the nation, Ashley worked her way up to hold key roles in product and carrier onboarding. As a Six Sigma green and black belt, her responsibilities included working with insurance companies, reinsurance companies, third party administrators and actuarial firms.
Over her 9 years with her prior company, Ashley was responsible for coordination of the product development process. Responsibilities included the creation of consumer facing documents, marketing materials, agent training and marketing initiatives. Ashley’s experience stretches from marketing, to administration and operations, to direct sales. Her areas of product expertise include: Medicare Supplement insurance, final expense and whole life insurance, and other ancillary insurance products.
Joining Ensurem in a key management position, Ashley is responsible for the coordination and successful implementation of key onboarding initiatives, including product development and carrier connectivity.
Margaret has over 15 years of marketing experience in the insurance and finance industries. She’s worked with AIG, Citigroup and most recently New York Life where she was Corporate Vice President of Digital Strategy. Throughout her career, Margaret has been responsible for increasing leads and sales for B2B as well as B2C campaigns. She has proven success in optimizing campaigns to meet business goals and objectives.
Joining the Ensurem team in 2018, Margaret works with multiple departments to develop strategic marketing roadmaps and implement new technologies to increase conversions. She is responsible for running the company’s lead generation and lead nurturing efforts through optimized campaign management.
Originally from New York Margaret has found her new home in St Petersburg, Fla. where she enjoys boating and beaches.
Norm has over 26 years in both insurance and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Operations. Prior to joining Ensurem in 2020, Norm worked for WellDyneRx as Director of Operations over the company’s call center in Lakeland, FL. WellDyneRX is a well-respected PBM (Pharmacy Benefits Management) company that specializes in the Senior Market. In just his first year at WellDyneRX, Norm reduced employee attrition from 120% down to 22%. He also showed notable improvements in customer service quality, while reducing costs at the same time, and built it’s Lakeland, Fla. contact center staff up to 300+ full time employees.
Earlier in his career, Norm headed up call center operations for PRC/Alorica, the BPO that handled most of the call volume for Universal American Healthcare; one of the largest Medicare Supplement providers in the country. There he ran a call center with 400 seats dedicated just to Universal American Healthcare. Norm also ran his own call center consulting company, Eperformance Consulting, where he helped both start-up call centers as well as existing contact center clients improve their processes and systems to support growth. He has held various other VP Operations positions with major retail companies after retiring from 23 years in the Air Force. Norm has both a BS in Marketing and a Master’s in Organizational Management. He has Six Sigma Professional certification and is certified in Lean Six Sigma.

Vince is also a licensed Real Estate Agent who has sold out multiple vacation ownership resorts throughout Florida and the Bahamas. He has established working relationships with Hollywood celebrities and professional athletes resulting in endorsements and promotions of various products and services that he has marketed through direct mail, radio and TV.
Vince earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1989.

Luis has 23 years of experience in operations management, coaching and development in the call center industry both internal and outsourcing. He has worked in managing teams to achieve goals in sales, key metric improvement and financial improvement by training, motivation and direct line of sight to process improvement.
Prior to joining Ensurem, Luis was a Site Director for The Results Companies in Winter Haven, FL. The site was focused completely on HealthCare from Medicaid to Medicare both inbound and outbound with over 500 employee’s. Luis reduced attrition from 34% month over month to 2% and increased employee satisfaction, with this was able to increase KPI metrics and financial goals for the site.
Luis has led teams in customer service, sales and technical support in Financial, Media Streaming, Education, HealthCare and Telecommunication industries.
Clint has over 15 years’ experience in healthcare insurance. He has worked as a consultant and internally with major carriers including Anthem, HSBC, WellCare and various Blue Cross, Blue Shield affiliates. Clint has a keen understanding of the nuances in the healthcare compliance arena and works to ensure that regulations are followed where implementation can be challenging and subjective.
Clint is responsible for ensuring the regulatory compliance of sales, marketing, and communications, as well as other compliance functions of the company. He has completed his degree in Marketing from Seattle University. When not at work, Clint can be found outside either on the trail backpacking or racing sailboats with his team mates onboard “Fire and Ice”.
Jill joined Ensurem in 2019 bringing with her 16+ years of experience in Human Resources and is certified as a SHRM-CP. As Director, Human Resources Jill oversees Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits for Ensurem.
Before joining Ensurem, Jill has been a part of the Human Resources departments in various business sectors throughout her career, including Network Operations and Facilities Management as Manager, Director and Consultant. Jill is passionate about people and relationship forming as well as maintaining. The culture at Ensurem is one that she thrives in as people are the company’s greatest asset. She successfully started the HR department and has grown it from a one-person department to having a team underneath her; gaining respect and admiration along the way from employees, especially those who are fearful of change.
Originally from New Jersey, Jill has made the Tampa Bay area home.
As chief marketing officer, Jamie is responsible for the vision, strategic direction and performance of all Ensurem marketing and communication activities. A transformational leader, Jamie has a history of surpassing business goals, delivering digital innovations and ensuring memorable customer experiences. As a part of the executive leadership team, Jamie embodies Ensurem’s commitment to be our clients’ most important partner — creating connected brands with creativity, technology and data at the core.
With experience spanning insurance, financial services and telecommunications industries, Jamie’s expertise includes leading business and brand strategy; strategic communications; integrated, multi-channel marketing and media; digital monetization and web analytics. Before Ensurem, Jamie held marketing and communications roles inside H&R Block, Sprint (T-Mobile), Assurant and American Century Investments. Known for being a trusted advisor and consultant, Jamie has also provided executive counsel and high impact strategies to a multitude of corporate organizations and government agencies at the local, state and federal level.
She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Rockhurst University and a Bachelor of Arts in communication from the University of Kansas.
John joined Ensurem in 2019 as the Company’s controller, overseeing the accounting operations. He is passionate about driving increased capabilities in accounting operations through the use of process improvement and technical solutions to meet Ensurem’s growth and customer service objectives.
Prior to joining Ensurem, John held various roles in public accounting and private industry. He spent 5 years in public accounting performing audit and tax services. In private industry, John has held various controller and finance roles helping to grow accounting staffs to support 2 to 5 times growth. For ten years, John drove global finance and business changes at a Fortune 200 company. Through the use of process and technology solutions – ERP implementations, banking and payment communications solutions; business process and tax solutions, shared services business model, etc. – John lead teams in projects that drove company benefits in excess of $25MM per year.
John holds a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting from the University of Nevada – Las Vegas and a CPA license in the state of Florida.
